At what stage should we bring TownOctave in?
Ideally at the design stage — the framework is planned from a single structured basement, so the earlier we start, the more we save you. But projects mid-construction or already delivered can adopt it too: we begin with an audit and phase the layers in.
Will this increase my construction cost?
TownOctave re-plans the ELV and technology budget your project already carries. Integration is achieved by designing the layers together, not by adding spend on top — that is the core promise of the framework.
Do we lose control over vendors and procurement?
No. This is a design partnership: we deliver the architecture and a vendor & OEM selection framework, you retain full ownership, and your preferred vendors implement against our blueprint.
Who runs all of this after handover?
